A face-to-face conversation significantly improves the decision making process for both recruiter and applicant. Job recruiters frequently visit the cities their applicants are in without ever contacting them. Digital recruiting is useful, but it shouldn't be the whole picture!

Ariel Cohen Codar

He is the CEO of Adapted4u, a startup in Paris that serves as a machine learning based online learning platform for students. He is also currently running a project to model dental imaging using neural networks.

Marko Mandic
github.com/markomandic Marko is pursuing his Masters Degree in EE as well. He is currently working on a project that models trust in speech as well a project that classifies baseball pitches before they are thrown. Along with Brian, he is working on the neural segmentation task.

Brian Midei
github.com/bmmidei Brian is pursuing his Masters Degree in EE with Data-Driven Analysis as his concentration. He previously worked for General Motors workin on semi-autonomous driving. He currently works for IBM, developing machine learning models to streamline debugging of production code. He has also worked on deep neural networks for reconstructing intelligible speech from silent lip movements, as well as neural text segmentation.
